Squash and Ricotta Galette
I am getting back into menu planning now that we are not eating out as much. This has been great because we are saving money and we also know exactly what we are eating. Here is what we are eating this week.
Tuesday--- Crockpot Sesame Chicken and edamame
Wednesday— Roast beef sandwiches, beans, and sweet potato fries
Thursday--- Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan, salad and bread
Friday--- Italian Burgers and sweet potato fries
Saturday--- Eat out
Lunch—grilled cheese, PB&J, leftovers
